Put the salmon in an earthenware casserole of Pereruela, with a background of garlic, parsley and olive oil.
It is seasoned with salt and pepper making some cuts to the salmon putting a slice of lemon in each cut.
Put it in the oven at a temperature of 180º to 200º for about 30 minutes depending on the size of the fish.
